Product Description
cRIO GXXX 3G module is a high performance module for the mobile communication via modern GSM 3G standards and additional GPS functionality to supply accurate position and time information with the build in 50 channel receiver.
The communication can be done with different frequencies via GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and UMTS/HSPA (850/1900/2100 MHz) protocol which can supply data transmission rates up to 7.2 MBit/s.
Supports worldwide data transfer with multi-band technology. SIM card reader with mechanical lock mechanism. GPS programmable update rate of up to 2Hz. The module supplies a PPS pulse output (TTL) signal to the backplane. Module is directly connected via the ethernet bridge cable with the CompactRIO Controller.
As an optional accessory there is a mounting kit available to mount the module as a 5th or 9th module to a CompactRIO Chassis. See Order No 60000057.
