SEA 9811 ARINC 429 Interface Module - Configuration
cRIO ARINC 429 module with 8 receiver channels and 1 transmitter channel for use with the NI CompactRIO™ system or R Series Expansion chassis.DetailsThe SEA 9811 ARINC 429 module is designed for use with the NI CompactRIO™ system. The module supports 8 channels for the reception and 1 channel to send ARINC 429 telegrams. It can process high speed and low speed data rates independently for each channel type at data rates between 12.5 und 100 kbit/s.The electrical connection can be made by the front panel Sub-D connector. The ARINC buses are completely separated from the backplane by an isolation barrier, so the module isolates the backplane from surges up to 5 kV.The SEA 9811 ARINC 429 module is designed for very low power operation and retrieves its supply directly from the backplane connector, thus there is no additional external power supply necessary. The front panel has 8 LED indicators to indicate the reception of incoming ARINC data per channel.The ARINC labels can be easily retrieved, filtered or processed via the provided LabVIEW FPGA API functions.
